The Real Housewives Of Melbourne Begins Filming Season 3 Next Week; Foxtel May Add New Cast Members!

The third season of The Real Housewives Of Melbourne is scheduled to commence next week on Monday, July 27, and according to a new report, a new cast member could be set to join the Foxtel hit reality series.

Confidential is reporting that there's at least one new cast member joining the RHOMelbourne for season three.

The newest cast member would be the third addition to the reality TV show since season one launched in 2014, with the latest season welcoming Gamble Breaux and Pettifleur Berenger.

The two newbies plus original cast members Jackie Gillies, Chyka Keebaugh, Janet Roach and Lydia Schiavello have yet to confirm if they are returning to the show, reports The Daily Mail.

Last month, Gina Liano confirmed to Confidential that she was returning to the Foxtel reality series for Season 3 and revealed that wanted to see new faces on the new season.

“I would very much like to see some new girls,' she said. 'I think fresh blood is a good thing.”
The criminal barrister added: “I think we are here to entertain, it’s not a matter if I like or dislike someone, and it’s really a matter of what is great for the audience.”

In the past, many socialites have been rumored to join the RHOMelbourne.

Lisa Tonkin and Manuela Pless-Brennett were highly rumored to join the Foxtel reality series as full-time cast members but ended up appearing in a guest role during the second season. Jewelry designer Susannah Fairley was also rumored to join the ladies during the second season but that rumor ended up just being that - a rumor.

Most recently, Deanne Jolly from Australia's renovation hit show, The Block was reportedly in talks to join the Foxtel reality series for Season 3, however Jolly denied the rumors.

Back in April producers of the reality show revealed they would be casting new members to either replace current Housewives or become an addition.

“We’re not sure whether we’ll replace any of our current Housewives at this stage,” read an email obtained by The Daily Telegraph.

“Really keen to meet with some new ladies, just in case,” it said.
