According to a new report, the government is coming for Eva Marcille's Georgia mansion after the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star allegedly refused to pay a substantial amount of money to her homeowner's association.
Marcille dropped $780,000 on her family's 4,700 square-foot home on November 26, 2019, in the upscale neighborhood of Alpharetta, and she's already accused of owning more than $2,000.
Radar Online has obtained the lien filed in Fulton County. According to court records, Eva was sued by the homeowner's association in 2020 after she allegedly failed to pay her fees.
It appears that the ANTM Cycle 3 winner has ignored the lawsuit and now the government wants her to pay up the $1,000 principal, which the homeowner's association claims she owes, but they also want interest.
According to the lien, they want Marcille to shell out an additional $180 in interest -- but there's more.
They also want her to pay the company's attorney's fees which is $1,066.12 and court costs of $283. Between the unpaid homeowner's and attorney's fees, interest, and other court costs, totaling $2,629.12.
According to Radar Online, the former Bravo reality star purchased the home all by herself, without any help from her husband, Michael Sterling.
