RHOCheshire Star Dawn Ward Reportedly Has Been Struggling To Sell Her Warford Hall Mansion For Five Years!

Real Housewives of Cheshire couple Dawn and Ashley Ward have been trying to sell their six-bedroom mansion in Northwest England for five years. The property, called Warford Hall, was built in 1897 and renovated from being an office park in 2004.

Apparently, the price of the property has been kept under wraps except for qualified buyers inquiring privately, but The Daily Mail reported that it was going for the equivalent of nearly $19 million in 2015.

Dawn, who is a celebrity interior designer made various luxurious updates on the property. See photos below!

The property is secluded by trees and sitting on 12.5 acres, with includes horse barns. Every year, the Ward family host a star-studded Creme de la Creme Ball charity event. Dawn originally started the fundraising ball as a thank you to hospital staff who saved the life of her and Ashley’s youngest daughter Aston, now 8, who nearly died after being born prematurely and contracting meningitis.

In 2016, Ward decided to open Skulpt, a private non-surgical clinic on Warford Hall. The ITVBe reality star assembled a team of doctors and nurse prescribers to work at the site, after scouring the world for the best in their field of aesthetic procedures, reports the Manchester Evening News.

The clinic specializes in anti-ageing and fat-blasting procedures. From skin tightening to non-surgical facelifts, acne treatment, scar removal, permanent hair removal, eyebrow tattooing and more.
