Alexis Bellino Says Her Mother Penelope Is Battling An ‘Undiagnosed’ Illness In An Emotional Instagram Post!

Alexis Bellino emotionally described her mother Penelope's ongoing battle with an 'undiagnosed' illness. 

The former Real Housewives of Orange County star shared a photo via Instagram in which she is seen kissing her mother on the cheek.

"Mom, you are my world. You always will be my world. This photo is from 2019," she began. "I am in tears right now because I cannot believe what has happened to you and that you are still undiagnosed. I have taken many months off of social media because I’m fighting for your life…. That is what matters. I’d do anything, I’d give anything, I’d be anything to figure out what is happening with you."

She continued, "I feel guilty posting my photo shoot today trying to still fight for a career that really doesn’t matter… but I always want you to know that you are my #1. Money means nothing. Only memories and love and the HEART that you gave me matter."

 She added, "Thank you for everything you’ve taught me to be and I promise I’ll fight for you til the end. 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️❤️"

A week later she shared another photo of her family bowling while face timing with her mother. 

"My mom had the opportunity to virtually bowl with us tonight for hours thanks to @pinsnpockets ! Mom stayed on the phone the entire time!!!! THANK YOU @pinsnpockets FOR ALL OF THE SMILES AND LAUGHS TONIGHT! Mom’s update is this: We just transported her to the best hospital in Denver, CO. They found a small tumor in her brain. However, this isn’t the culprit for many of her undiagnosed issues. It’s simply another hurdle we are facing."

She continued, "BUT, we are not giving up. Now that she has the best team wrapped around her we will fight this tumor AND the undiagnosed issue. We are beyond thankful for Dr. Kumar and Dr. McCurry for never giving up on my mom…. She does not deserve one ounce of this life‘s she’s been delivered. She is absolutely the kindest woman I’ve ever met and I’m blessed to be her daughter and learn the kindness from her."

She added, "I’m thankful for all the smiles and laughs tonight we had with grandma and Austin and Kendall!!! Thank you for all of the prayers. Please keep them coming. I cannot imagine this life without my mom here!!!! #illnevergiveup"

Then, a few days ago, she shared a photo of her mother at the hospital. Alexis captioned the post, "Momma, I’ll be there in a few hours!!!! Flight is booked!!! You are amazing. You are so loved. You are still undiagnosed. It’s not a tumor. It’s a blood clot. Dr. Kumar and Dr. Mian have been your #1’s , but I’m coming in tomorrow and I promise you that I won’t ever give up until my last breath. Let’s figure this out!!!!! #together #fredlovesyoutothemoonandback"
