Report: Kathy Hilton Set To Face-Off With Former Housekeeper In Court, Kathy Accuses Woman Of Stealing From Her Beverly Hills Mansion!

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathy Hilton is set to face off with her former housekeeper in court over accusations the employee stole from her.

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the Los Angeles Superior Court judge presiding over the case has set a trial date for November 2, 2021.

In this case, Kathy and her husband Rick Hilton are fighting their ex-employee, Isabel Reina Gonzalez Hernandez. Back in July 2019, Hernandez sued Kathy and Rick for allegedly failing to pay her overtime, not providing her proper meal breaks, and unfair business practices.

Hernandez said she was hired to be a live-in housekeeper for the Hilton family.

Her suit said, “The suit, “DEFENDANTS failed to provide PLAINTIFF with a second meal period or any rest periods as required by law; DEFENDANTS willfully failed to pay PLAINTIFF all wages due after PLAINTIFF’S separation from DEFENDANTS’ employment; and, DEFENDANTS knowingly and intentionally failed to provide PLAINTIFF with accurate wage statements.”

She is suing to seek in excess of $25,000. Meanwhile, Kathy and Rick denied all allegations they failed to provide their housekeeper with the proper meal breaks or that they screwed her out of overtime pay.

They said if the court found they did owe their former employee any money,, it should be offset by “Plaintiffs theft of items from Defendants' home.”

Kathy’s lawyer wrote, “Defendants are informed and believe, and based thereon allege, that Defendants are entitled to a complete and/or partial offset against each and every cause of action alleged in the Complaint in an amount to be established at trial, based in part or in whole on Plaintiff's theft of items from Defendants' home.”

According to court records via Radar Online, Kathy claimed Hernandez was paid all income, compensation, and wages to which she was entitled. Hilton is ready to take the stand to testify if needed.
