Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave will appear on the current season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after exiting the series.
On the Monday, May 24 episode of her podcast, Teddi Tea Pod With Teddi Mellencamp, Mellencamp teased her return to the Bravo hit reality series.
While answering listener questions, Teddi was hesitant to answer whether she had returned to RHOBH in a guest capacity. But her close friend and former co-star, Kyle Richards, who was the guest on her podcast, was answered for Mellencamp.
“Yes, well obviously,” Richards commented, according to E! News. “I mean, I had to drag you, but you did.”
Initially, Teddi remained tight-lipped about her upcoming cameo, coyly adding, “You'll have to see.”
As Kyle revealed that "it took some convincing” to get Teddi to return, Mellencamp confirmed she "was there” when cameras were rolling.
In September 2020, Teddi confirmed her exit from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills after three seasons. She shared the news via her Instagram, confirming that Bravo did not renew her contract for Season 11.
“Hey guys, just here hanging with baby Dove,” she began in the video clip where she announced her exit from the Bravo hit reality series. “I don’t want to bore you but I figured I got to give you a little update on what’s going on. I recently found out that my contract as a Housewife is not being renewed. Of course, I could give you the standard response of ‘Oh, we both came to the decision that it would be best…’ Nah, I’m not gonna do that. That’s not who I am.”
“Of course, when I got the news I was sad,” she continued. “It feels like a breakup almost because you develop such strong relationships with the cast, with the crew, and you get to do incredible things that you probably never get to experience without, you know, the show. That being said, I’m really looking forward to the future and being able to focus on my family, my friends, All In.”
“I really feel like I have some exciting things ahead and, you know what, I’m pretty busy with this little nugs,” she said as she leaned into her baby. “So thanks for coming along on this journey with me and I’ll see you soon.”
Teddi joined the RHOBH during the show's eighth season in 2018 and stayed on as a full-time cast member for three seasons.
