Alexa Curtin, the daughter of former Real Housewives of Orange County alum Lynne Curtin, appeared in an Orange County court last week and was sentenced to 68 days in jail after pleading guilty to multiple criminal charges.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, Curtin pled guilty to a long list of criminal counts of possession of a controlled substance and substance paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving without a valid license, vandalism, and petty theft.
In addition to jail time, the 28-year-old was sentenced to three years of informal probation, three months in a first offender alcohol program, and restitution for damages, reports the outlet.
Alexa had five separate criminal cases before a judge and she was sentenced in four, with one case being thrown out, according to The Blast.
Online jail records show that Curtin was arrested on January 8 and released on January 26.
Alexa has been arrested on multiple occasions. Back in 2017, she was taken into police custody for driving under the influence and was later charged in April 2018. She was ordered to serve jail time in February 2018 for possession of drug paraphernalia after authorities found items allegedly used to smoke heroin. She then spent four days behind bars in August 2018 over drug-related warrants, reports Us Weekly.
After being arrested in January 2019 for drug possession, she faced two misdemeanor drug charges. She was in jail for several days in July 2019 over warrants regarding her failure to attend her court arraignments. Nine days after her release, she was locked up for six additional days in August 2019.
