RHOJersey UK Cast Say They Have “No Idea” If There Will Be A Second Season!

The cast of The Real Housewives of Jersey UK reveals whether they will return for a second season following a successful first season.

"We have no idea whether there's going to be a season two - I suppose it depends on the reaction of Jersey. Apparently, Jersey Tourism says there's been a massive increase in inquiries about coming to Jersey, so as much as the general public have a split opinion, the figures speak for themselves," Kate Taylor told ITV News.

Meanwhile, Margaret Thomspon remains hopeful about the show's future. "Hopefully there'll be a season two, especially with those viewing figures. You've seen the downloads, so I would say that it's looking pretty favourable," she told ITV News.

In August 2020, it was first reported that ITVBe expanded the Real Housewives franchise to the Channel Islands, as The Real Housewives of Jersey was officially comissioned following the success of The Real Housewives of Cheshire. The series began filming weeks after the network officially announced the news.

The RHOJersey has been a hit in the UK since its premiere last month. The new British reality series has been streamed for almost 3 million times on the ITV Hub.

The first season of  The Real Housewives of Jersey premiered on Monday, December 29. The whole first season became available to binge-watch on the ITV Hub in the UK as new episodes air on Mondays.

The cast consists of seven glamorous women, Ashley Cairney, Hedi Green, Jane Rayner, Kate Taylor, Margaret Thompson, Mia Ledbury, and Tessa Hartmann.
