D’Andra Simmons Likes To Prepare For ‘RHOD’ Scenes By Taking Notes!

D’Andra Simmons explains why she likes to prep her scenes on The Real Housewives of Dallas by taking notes prior to filming.

“I kind of look at everything that’s happening week by week and I will make my own notes about what points I want to get across,” she told Page Six. “It’s really important if you’re not prepared when you’re going into doing a scene and you forget something and … you can’t go back.”

The Bravo reality star joked that producers think she’s weird because she will give them her notes and ask them to make sure she gets through her points.

“It’s a catch-22,” she continued. “They like the fact I’m prepared. On the other hand, then do you take out the spontaneity of what’s going to happen? I always have to remember that just because I want this to happen, I want to get this point across, it may not be where it’s going to go. The scene may not go that way.”

Simmons admits she’s a “control outcome girl.”

“I like to know what the end result is going to be and you can’t do that with life,” she told Page Six. “And I don’t like that about life, but I have to let go and let things happen.”
