Erika Jayne Claims California Judge Tricia A. Bigelow Is Tom Girardi’s Alleged Mistress! Erika Leaks Alleged Text Messages Between Tom And Tricia, Claims He Was Paying Her Bills!

The divorce drama between Erika Girardi and her estranged husband Tom Girardi keeps getting messier.

On Friday, December 18, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posted — then later deleted — screenshots of multiple text messages, alleging that they showed conversations between her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, and another woman.

“This is Justice Tricia A. Bigelow. She was f–king my husband Tom Girardi and he was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” the Bravo reality star captioned the now-deleted Instagram post. The photos appear to be from a much older phone. The dates listed captured in the screenshots appear to be from 2011, reports Us Weekly.

The messages include telling Tom, “Tonight was fantastic. Really. But it would be a whole lot better if I were f–king you.”

Another message read, “Miss you babe. Makeup sex?” along with several requests for Girardi to pay a Dr. David Matlock, with Bigalow allegedly texting, “I can ask my new boyfriend to pay if it’s a problem. He’s got big dough.”

According to Page Six, Bigelow is a judge for the 2nd District Division 8 of the California Court of Appeal. She’s had the position since 2008 after being appointed by then-Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The news comes one month after the Pretty Mess singer filed for divorce from Tom after 21 years of marriage. “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” Erika said in a statement. “This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserved I request others give us that privacy as well.”

Erika cited irreconcilable differences and is seeking spousal support from Tom. She also wants the court to determine their shared property and confirm that any gifts and inheritances are still hers.

On November 25, Tom requested to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. He also asked that she pay his attorney’s fees.

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, December 2, Edelson PC sued the pair for fraud and embezzlement. In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, the class action firm alleged that the estranged couple “are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds” in addition to calling their separation “a sham attempt to fraudulently protect” their money from debt collectors.
