Tallia Storm plays coy when asked if she and her mother, Tessa Hartmann, are appearing in the upcoming British reality series, The Real Housewives of Jersey.
The 22-year-old pop singer addressed the topic during a recent interview FUBAR Radio's Access All Areas while promoting her latest single ‘Kinda Savage, Kinda Sweet’ about appearing on the upcoming new ITVBe reality series.
"So, I cannot confirm that I am on this. I cannot confirm, I cannot deny, I cannot say nothing otherwise my head will be sliced off on this Zoom call!," Storm told hosts Bobby Norris and Stephen Leng, according to The Daily Mail.
While she cannot confirm or deny about her mom joining the series, the X-Factor singer admits that she's a massive Real Housewives fan, especially the American installments of the franchise.
"I am a massive fan of Housewives full stop and I think all of the American franchises, I'm all about them."
She added, "I was on Hay-U every night during lockdown getting into it. We all love a bit of Housewives. I love the drama, I'm just obsessed with these women having no filter!"
ITV confirmed that The Real Housewives of Jersey has been commissioned and is set to premiere later this year as production began filming the new upcoming series. The series was commissioned by ITV's Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions, and Amanda Stavri, Commissioning Editor, Factual Entertainment, ITV.
Paul Mortimer, Head of Digital Channels and Acquisitions ITV, said: “Having become one of ITVBe's biggest hits, The Real Housewives of Cheshire will soon have a sister show under the ITVBe umbrella. The Real Housewives of Jersey promises an equally fabulous cast in another aspirational location. We're thrilled to welcome these ladies into the ITVBe family and know our audience will look forward to getting to know each of them over the course of their debut series."
Mike Swindells, Executive Producer, Monkey, added: “Everyone at Monkey is incredibly excited to build on the Housewives franchise and bring The Real Housewives of Jersey to ITVBe. It’s a fantastic opportunity to introduce the world to brand new Housewives and to see how their lives unfold in one of the most unique locations in the UK. While no official casting announcement has been made, it's been rumored that Henry Cavill's sister-in-law Kiri Cavill is reportedly set to star in the series.
While the outlet claims that Tessa Hartmann and her daughter 'Celebs Go Dating' star Tallia Storm have already signed up.
The network apparently is also begging CEO of luxury estate agents Fine & Country Margaret Thompson in a bid to rival Netflix's real estate reality show 'Selling Sunset.'
The Real Housewives of Jersey is set to launch later in the year with a premiere on the ITV Hub and will run weekly on ITVBe.
