Heather Thomson Responds To Jill Zarin’s Shady Comments And Explains Why She’s ‘Not’ Surprised About Bethenny Frankel And Carole Radziwill’s Fallout; Says “I Saw That Coming From The Early Structure Of That Friendship”

Heather Thomson recently appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen @ Home. The former Real Housewives of New York City star reacted to Jill Zarin's comments about her "replacing" her on the Bravo hit reality series.

When Cohen shared one fan's question about those comments Jill made on a podcast about Thomson.

"Heather, what's your response to Jill Zarin saying that fans got the short end of the stick when you replaced her on RHONY?" Andy asked.

"I'm actually so glad this question came up because you're here [Andy] and we can set the record straight," said Heather. "We don't replace Housewives. We introduce new Housewives."

Andy mirrored Thomson's sentiment: "Right, you didn't replace Jill Zarin."

Heather went on to add, "I didn’t replace Jill Zarin. Whether she likes me or not, or whether she felt like I filled the role as a Housewife, that’s her opinion. But I was not put on the show to replace you, Jill. So, back her down!"

Then Thomson was asked to share her thoughts on the demise of Bethenny and Carole's friendship. Heather for her part admitted that she was not surprised by their fallout.

"No, not even a little bit," she said on WWHL. "I saw that coming from the early structure of that friendship. It just didn't have solid foundation."
