Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul "PK" Kemsley put their Encino, California mansion on the market for $9.5 million, the Daily Mail reported on Tuesday.
According to the publication, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple, want a bigger space because they plan to “run their businesses from their home” while their children Jagger (6), and Phoenix (4), will be homeschooled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
An insider told Page Six that they have not found a buyer for the home yet. David Parnes from “Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles” has the listing. He works for #KyleRichards’ husband #MauricioUmansky’s real estate company, The Agency.
The couple brought the property last August 2019 for $6.475 million while trying to sell their mansion overlooking Beverly Hills, Variety reported.
The Beverly Hills property, nicknamed Villa Dawn, was first listed 2017 for $12.75 million after the couple had purchased it in 2016 for $6.565 million. However, they cut the price to $10.95 million after six months on the market.
