The 23-year-old kickboxer appeared at the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales (The Old Bailey) this morning to deny the murder and possession of a firearm.
He was remanded in custody ahead of a three-week trial to take place on July 12. Catherine Farrelly, prosecuting, told the court Hemissi flew into the UK four days before the killings.
"The sole purpose of his trip was essentially to execute the deceased. The prosecution say this was an organized hit," she said, according to The Sun. "Within an hour of the hit taking place, he then flew out of the country and flew to Copenhagen."
As previously reported, Hemissi was extradited to the UK after police arrested him at Copenhagen Airport on a European Arrest Warrant on January 20. He's been charged with murder and possession of a firearm.

Beqiri was gunned down outside his £1.5million home in Battersea, South West London in front of his wife and young son on Christmas Eve.
Hemissi was held under a European Arrest Warrant at Copenhagen Airport at the request of Scotland Yard after arriving there on a flight from Thailand.
Hassimi is from the Swedish city of Malmo, where Beqiri fled in 2016 after receiving death threats, The Sun reported.
