Dubin shut down dating rumors and confirmed that they’re “friends.”
“I do like her very much,” he told Page Six. “We are great friends. Who knows where the future is gonna go?”
He added, “Is it heading in that direction? I don’t know.”
But, “Everything she said is correct. I’m not saying that there is anything happening.”
However, two sources told the publication that he’s “madly in love” with her.
Dubin has been seen around Palm Beach, Fla., with Uchitel. They’ve been spotted at the Breakers and Italian joint Cafe Via Flora.
However, Rachel also addressed the topic, “Harry and I have been super close friends for years. He is like family to me,” she told Page Six.
Dubin dated Sonja Morgan and Luann de Lesseps. He was seen making out with Ramona Singer and was married to Aviva Drescher.
Uchitel was famously linked to Tiger Woods. She divorced Matt Hahn in 2014 and has been going through messy legal battles since.
