Erika Girardi’s Husband Tom Girardi Scores Victory In $53K Lawsuit!

Erika Girardi's husband Thomas Girardi came out victorious after a $53,000 lawsuit filed against the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband was dropped.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the security company GS1 Group has informed the court they are dismissing all claims against Thomas.

The battle may not be over completely because they filed the dismissal without prejudice, meaning they could refile at a later date.

On September 9, 2010, GS1 says they were hired by Girardi to provide security for his Pasadena mansion, where he lives with Erika. The deal had Girardi pay $39 per hour for armed guard services.

The company claimed Girardi stopped paying his bill in September 2019. GS1 allegedly continued providing services until January 31, 2020.

The suit said, “Defendant, without cause, stopped paying Plaintiff’s bill, and, on January 31, 2020, upon defendant’s breach of the agreement, Plaintiff ceased providing armed guard service. Defendant did not offer explanation for ceasing to pay as required by the terms of the agreement.”

Further, “plaintiff provided armed guard service from 8 p.m to 6 a.m. at the same rate of $39 per hour.” The lawsuit is seeking the unpaid balance of $53,859 plus interest from the date of “first breach.”

As previously reported, Girardi and his law firm have faced numerous lawsuits over unpaid loans in the past couple of years.

Last year, the couple were sued for $3 million by a lender named Stillwell Madison. The lender accuses Girardi and his law firm of taking out a $5 million loan in 2016, reports the outlet. The firm was to pay back the loan with profits from cases. The lender accuses them of failing to pay back the loan and using it to fund their lavish lifestyle.

Girardi settled a separate $15 million legal battle over another unpaid loan.
