Danica Dow Granted Restraining Order Against Her Ex-Boyfriend Brett Willis!

Danica Dow was granted a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend and SUR co-worker, Brett Willis after the Vanderpump Rules star alleges he broke into her home in the middle of the night and cut all of the clothes in her closet up with scissors.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dow claims that her ex-boyfriend broke into her house while she was away and destroyed all of her clothes with a pair of scissors.

In the filing, Dow is asking a judge to order him to stay 100 yards away from her, her house, and her vehicle.

On August 2, 2020, Danica claims she was not at home but a roommate was sleeping in a different room, when Willis, "broke into my home in the middle of the night when I was not there. He cut all of my clothes in my closet with scissors, (and) left threatening notes," according to legal docs.

She continued, "stayed for 4 hours in hopes I would arrive, stole one of my phones to continued to stalk me."

In the restraining order, Danica claims her ex-boyfriend "has a history of being physically and verbally abusive." Adding, "He has threatened me multiple times before."

Earlier this week, Danica filed the documents asking a judge for protection from Willis. In the docs, she notifies the court, "I want this to happen as soon as possible. Urgent for safety reasons."

The restraining order was GRANTED by the court and Willis is ordered not to "harass, attack, strike, threaten, assault, hit, follow, or stalk" Dow, according to court documents obtained by The Blast.

Plus, he is ordered not to "contact, either directly or indirectly, in any way, including but not limited to, by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means."

The order is to stay 100 yards away from her home, job, or vehicle.

If you recall, Dow was put on suspension last season for getting physical with him. Lisa Vanderpump put her on a 2-week suspension from the restaurant at the time.

Vanderpump Rules has been making several controversial headlines in the past months after Bravo and NBCUniversal after they fired cast members Stassi Schroder, Kristen Doute, Brett Caprioni, and Max Boyens over their past racist actions.
