Dana Wilkey Shares Behind-The-Scenes RHOBH Season 2 Secrets And Claps Back At Twitter User Who Accused Her Of Going To Jail Over Her Past Federal Fraud Charges; Says “I Didn’t Go To Jail, The Matter Was Resolved”

Dana Wilkey aka Pam shared a few behind-the-scenes secrets that involved Kim Richards during the second season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Many fans of the series reached out to Wilkey to spill some tea about her time on the show.

After a user brought up some quotes that Wikley said to Kyle Richards during the infamous game night, where she was accused of trying to fit it, she revealed the real reason why it appeared that way.

“I was trying to skirt around the drug issue with Kim (because I liked her so much) and well instead I sounded like I was on drugs.”

After another user praised the “iconic” game night episode of Twitter, Dana replied, “That was my living room baby,” she wrote. #Secrets I’m looking for the crutches.”

Then, another user asked Wilkey to reveal what really happened when she and Mauricio Umansky's mother Dr. Estella went to the restroom with Kim Richards while Kim’s then-boyfriend Ken was waiting for her outside during Episode 19 of the second season of the Bravo hit reality series.

Dana wrote, “I think she was [disheveled] looking or had to change or something when she got there & @DrEstella and I went in the bathroom to help her get organized off camera so it wouldn’t be a show topic. Mauricio’s mom is great & I really hit it off w her. @KimRichards11 needed her #Pam.”

Then, Dana addresses her legal issue after a user tried to come for her and accused her of spending some time in jail, which Dana clapped back.

Dana replied back by tweeting, “No I didn’t [go] to jail, the matter was resolved but thanks for being concerned about me and my son,” she replied. “There is a lot of lies, BS and exaggeration when you are a public figure no matter how small and sadly people really enjoy watching and reading negativity.”

In 2014, Wilkey was arrested and surrendered to the F.B.I. due to wire fraud charges. Now, Wilkey has reached a deal in her criminal case. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Wilkey pled guilty to Count One of Misprision of a Felony.

The former Bravo reality star was arrested along with two associates on June 18, 2014. According to the FBI, she was indicted with “conspiracy to commit wire fraud, wire fraud and aiding and abetting, and [making] false statements to government agents.”

Wilkey was president of the company Adwil Agency, which is a Blue Shield Vendor. “Between in or about February 2006 through at least February 2012, Dana Wilkey, through Adwil Agency accounts, paid directly to Lissa Phoenix, Skylar Phoenix, and Rodeo Pink, approximately 87 checks totaling approximately $360,000 in illegal and undisclosed kickbacks related to Adwil Agency’s business with Blue Shield,” the release charged.

Law enforcement believes Wilkey should have known the arrangement would be fraudulent if not properly approved.
