Jules Wainstein Allowed To See Her Kids Again After Judge Dismisses Estranged Husband Michael Wainstein’s Restraining Order, Jules Still Facing Assault Charges!

Jules Wainstein is allowed to see her two children again, as the temporary restraining order filed by her estranged husband, Michael, has been dismissed. According to court documents obtained by The Sun, a Florida judge dismissed Michael’s request for a no-contact order to protect him, their son, Jagger, and their daughter, Rio, from the former Real Housewives of New York City star, on April 13, following her February domestic violence arrest.

According to the documents, the court “evaluated the presented evidence and the credibility of the Petitioner [Michael].”

The court “declined” to issue the request “due to the lack of credibility and evasiveness of his testimony.”

However, the no-contact order protecting Michael from Jules in the domestic violence criminal case remains active.

The news comes after Page Six broke the story that Jules was arrested after an incident with her ex Michael in Palm Beach County, Florida.

According to the police report via The Blast, Michael told police his ex-wife punched him and scratched his face during a custody exchange. The alleged fight went down while their two kids watched on.

Michael arrived to drop off the kids to Jules and started filming her over fears she would get physical. The two recently argued over his child support payments to her.

The police report says Michael started recording Jules during the incident. He says she took out a baseball bat but then put it down. Police reviewed the footage which say backed up his claims. They noted a red mark on Michael’s check and a small scratch on his nose. The report states Jules admitted to pulling out the baseball bat telling them, "I was angry" and "I smacked him."

Palm Beach County’s Sheriff took Jules into custody and booked her into jail for a misdemeanor charge of domestic battery. She was released on her own recognizance the next day.

Michael’s attorney, Morghan Richardson said that Michael is “exploring all of his legal options at this time.”

“This is a serious situation reflecting Ms. Wainstein’s increasingly reckless behavior that unfortunately took place in front of the kids,” Richardson told Page Six. “The children were released to Michael’s custody yesterday and he is most concerned about protecting them.”
