“They had a major connection,” Singer told Us Weekly. “A month ago her fiancé Rick said to me at a party for her birthday, ‘Ramona, I can’t begin to thank you for how you introduced me to Kelly. I owe you big. I love her. What can I buy for you? Anything in the world? Tell me what can I buy for you.’ You know what? Just make my girlfriend happy. That’s all I care about.”
Ramona added that she "wasn't surprised" that Leventhal proposed to Dodd because "he fell for her immediately."
Meanwhile, Dodd's co-star Braunwyn Windham-Burke says she approves of Leventhal. “I know we are going to have bachelorette parties and wedding showers,” she told Us Weekly. “We’re going to make the most of it. She needs to go out in style. She deserves it.”
"I love him," the mother-of-seven said ."I met him on FaceTime before, but for the first time [in person] last night. He's amazing. And here's the thing. I got engaged after two months and Emily [Simpson] got engaged after like 20 seconds. When it's right, it's right. So I think, watching her happy, it just lights me up too. They're so in love."
Gina Kirschenheiter said she wasn't surprised Dodd got engaged and thinks the couple "seem super sweet with each other."
As for Emily Simpson, she said: "He seems like such a great guy," she told Us Weekly. "He seems like he's totally got his act together. I met his daughter. She's amazing. I think it was a good choice. I'm happy for them."
