Meghan King Edmonds Agrees 50/50 Custody Deal With Jim Edmonds Over Their Three Kids Amid Messy Divorce!

Jim Edmonds and Meghan King Edmonds have come to an agreement in their custody battle. A source the former Real Housewives of Orange County couple revealed that the parents, who share three young children, settled on 50/50 joint custody of their kids.

Apparently, the deal was worked out between the former couple’s lawyers, and though Meghan is “not happy” with the arrangement, Jim is apparently “thrilled.”

“Meghan didn’t want Jim to get equal/joint custody, but that’s exactly what happened,” the insider told In Touch. “She expected him to get less because she’s been saying he can’t handle it, but he’s doing just fine.”

According to the source, Jim and Meghan “have not been in front of a judge yet, but attorneys agreed upon a ‘parenting plan'” that accounts for at least some of the upcoming holidays. “She has them this Thanksgiving, and he gets them next year.”

On October 25, Meghan and Jim split after five years of marriage. An insider told Us Weekly at the time that the former Bravo reality star had accused Jim of cheating with their nanny Carly Wilson. However, Jim and Carly both denied cheating allegations, and on October 30, Jim said that he was “saddened tremendously” that Meghan was hurting.
