Nompumelelo ‘Mpumi’ Mophatlane Opens Up About Joining The Real Housewives Of Johannesburg!

Nompumelelo "Mpumi" Mophatlane, who is also known as Mrs Mops is opening up about joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Johannesburg for the show's second season. "I thought it would be fun and an amazing opportunity to connect with women like myself," she told DStv.

"The biggest misconception people have about the show is that it’s superficial and fake, which is not true. The women on the show connect on a deeper level, and even when we fight we always make up. We have formed a wonderful sisterhood," she continued."

As far as her filming schedule, Mrs. Mops said: "The filming schedule was hectic, but all in all, we got what we wanted and it was fun."

So which RHOJ Season 1 cast member was her favorite? "Definitely Evodia, aka Madame; she is absolutely fascinating to watch. "

Mrs. Mops then explains why Lisa Rinna is her favorite overseas Housewife. "My favourite housewife from overseas is Lisa Rinna from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills – because, like me, she is an actress and we’re both obsessed with leopard print," she told DStv.
