Both Shannon and David presented their private settlement agreement in front of an Orange County judge. They both spent three days in negotiations sorting out the finances around their custody battle before submitting the settlement.
Details of the settlement are unknown at the moment. However, a source close to Shannon told PEOPLE that she was “relieved” to have the vicious battled behind them.
Shannon and David split in September 2017 after over 17 years of marriage. The mother-of-three filed for divorce in December 2017.
David began dating his new girlfriend Lesley Cook within months of his separation from Shannon in late 2017. As for Shannon, she is dating Comcast Spotlight exec Rick Stanley.
Shanon and David are parents to their three daughters; Sophie, 17, and twins Stella and Adeline, 14.
