It’s unclear why Curtin missed her court date. In January, Alexa was arrested for possession of Xanax and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was hit with two misdemeanor drug charges after spending a night in jail.
However, this is not the first time she’s been a fugitive for failing to appear in court due to her legal issues. A warrant was issued last year after she skipped out a hearing related to three drug-related warrants. She ended up serving four days in jail once surrendering to police, reports the outlet.
There was also a warrant for Alexa’s arrest after she allegedly keyed her boyfriend’s car last February.
