Rost shared a photo of her pregnancy test on Instagram with the caption, "Is this one or two lines? I'm confused."
A few hours later, Katie seemed more sure that she was expecting, sharing another photo on Instagram of not one but two pregnancy tests, each indicating that she is with child. "Oh shizzzzzzz, edit, yay!!!!!" Katie captioned the photo.
This will be the fourth child for Katie. She is already mom to son, James Rocco, and twin daughters, Kathryn and Renee, from her marriage with James Orsini, which they later divorced.
While Katie hasn't revealed who the father of her unborn child is - the Bravo reality star has shared several photos of herself with a man named Jacob, who appears to be her boyfriend - with whom she appears to have been in a relationship with since the summer.
