Teresa Giudice’s Husband Joe Giudice Will Be Deported To Italy Following Prison Sentence!

It's been reported that Joe Giudice, husband of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice has been ordered to be deported from the United States to his native Italy.

“Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington said during a hearing at Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court on Wednesday, October 10, according to Radar Online. “Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law.”

Joe, who can file an appeal by November 9 appeared at the hearing via teleconference from his Allenwood, Penn. prison reacted to the judge's ruling.

“I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case,” he responded, clearly shocked. “If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”

“I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me.”

“I get no joy in telling a family this news,” Judge Ellington responded.

“My charges are one of the lowest charges in this whole BOP facility or whatever you call it. I can explain,” cried Giudice, who is serving three years on fraud charges.

“I don’t think your attorney will want that, Mr. Giudice,” said Judge Ellington.

Meanwhile, according to a new report, President Donald Trump refused to help Teresa's husband Joe in his deportation case by requesting Trump to write a letter in his behalf.

“Teresa reached out to Trump several months before Joe started serving his 41-month sentence, and asked Donald to write a character letter. This was before he was elected President, but she hoped the letter would help Joe get a lighter sentence,” according to TMZ.

Teresa, who appeared on the fifth season of the Celebrity Apprentice in 2012 apparently got along with Trump during their time on the show. However, sources revealed to the outlet that “Trump's office -- and not Trump himself -- wrote a letter back saying he would NOT be able to do anything for her with regards to Joe. His staff wished her and her family well, FWIW.”

Meanwhile, sources reveal that the mother-of-four is trying to be “strong" for her four daughters following Joe's deportation order.

“Teresa is devastated at the news that Joe will be deported to Italy,” a source tells E! News. “Even though she always knew this was a possible outcome, Teresa convinced herself that Joe wouldn't be deported.”

“Teresa and Joe have no current plan in place for what to do next in their marriage, even though she is committed to finding a way to make this situation work for her family,” the insider continues. “She hates the idea of uprooting her children from their lives and leaving her elderly father who lives with her to move across the world.”

The sources adds that Teresa is being “strong” for her daughters, “Caring for them and her father is of the upmost importance to Teresa right now.”

"Teresa has no plans to go anywhere at the moment," a second source tells E! News. "As heartbreaking as this is, the past few years without Joe have given her the chance to get used to life without him around to help raise the girls. If she has to keep doing it alone, she knows she can."
