The mother-of-three claimed that David earned $1,794,315 — which is more than five times what she earned this year — so he can adequately foot the bill.
She also claimed that he controlled their finances during their marriage and she had no idea what their marital property is worth, so the money awarded to her would go toward hiring a forensic accountant to dig through his accounts.

She also asked for child support relative to California’s guidelines. The court documents also reveal the two stopped living together on September 20, 2017 and the kids have been living with her. She says she has facilitated regular contact between the kids and David.
They are due back in court in January.
If you recall, the couple confirmed that they were calling it quits after 17 years of marriage. "After much thought and careful consideration, David and I have made the difficult decision to separate," she told The Daily Dish in a statement late last month. "We remain partners in parenthood and are committed to raising our three daughters. This is not the future we envisioned, and we kindly ask for privacy, especially for our children, during this transitional time.”
The pair has documented their ups and downs during their time on RHOC, including showing viewers how they managed to come back from David's affair, later renewing their vows in 2016. However, relations between the couple haven't been as smooth during the current season of RHOC and she has been open about the struggles they have faced as of late. They have been married for 17 years and together the couple are parents to three daughters: Adeline, Stella, and Sophie, who have also appeared on the show.
