Our sources reveal that casting is underway in the next coming weeks and producers will be testing new ladies in the hopes to join the new season so they can start filming next year.
One of the ladies who is in talks with production is Morgan Bredde, a former Miss Minnesota. She is a mother of two and is marred to a famous football coach, the insider reveals.
However, RHOD friend Cynthia Smoot, who has connections with production and casting directors revealed that just because certain ladies are "in talks" doesn't necessarily means they're going to join the show.
People, let me be clear. Over the last 3 years, #RHOD casting has talked to every eligible woman in Dallas County under that age of 60. "Talking" to casting or a Producer doesn't mean sh*t. Talk is just talk. Until it's not.— ✨Cynthia Smoot (@ohsocynthia) November 13, 2017
As we previously reported via a recent article from LALATE: "BravoTV is looking to recast the show in a casting overall for season 3. Production is being pushed back further than initially on LALATE. Meantime one cast member could be on the firing block, LALATE can report. Finally producers are so desperate to look for new blood that a casting director’s associate was dispatched to a Friday fashion show in Dallas hosted by Heidi Dillon (with D’Andra Simmons and LeeAnne Locken in attendance)."
The site added by reporting that "RHOD Season 3 is getting delayed. Leaked online today to Facebook.com is a casting notice for Season 3. It reads in part “CASTING: The producers of a major cable hit TV show are searching for upscale, affluent women living fabulous and glamorous lives! Let’s just say it’s RHOD Season 3”. The notice adds “Seeking outgoing, exciting, strong, focused women who reside in and around the DALLAS area that want to share their lives. We are looking for women who are lively and energetic, with defined opinions and views. Our featured women should have busy lives, be involved with the community, have a strong work ethic, and an active social calendar. Most importantly, they should be enjoying the good life. The women, significant others and families must be open to sharing their experiences with the producers and the television audience.”
On Monday, November 13, RHOD friend Cynthia Smoot confirmed on Twitter that production was looking for new wives for the show's upcoming new season. "Yes, it’s true. #RHOD is looking for new ‘Wives for S3. Will they be additions? Or replacements?! Time will tell," she wrote on Twitter. "Know any good candidates? DM me your suggestions... I have the Casting Directors ear."
