Real Housewives Of New Jersey Producer Spills The Tea On Season 8!

Michael Cimino, a producer of The Real Housewives of New Jersey recently appeared on The Reality Rundown Podcast, and shared some behind-the-scenes secrets as well as spilled the tea on what fans can expect from the ladies in Season 8 and much more. Check it out below!

Cimino reveals that within the first three weeks of filming Season 8, Teresa Giudice’s mother Antonia sadly passed away.

Margaret Josephs is like a female Jeff Lewis. “She is who she is and she owns it,” Cimino says about the RHONJ newbie. He describes her as “fearless,” “authentic” and “confident.”

“She is somebody that no one’s going to expect,” he said on The Reality Rundown Podcast. “Even if you like her or not, your going to be very intrigued by her,” he continued by adding. “She’s completing and real.”

Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub’s relationship is in a good place as we all know but teases that some wounds between the two are not 100% healed, which will be shown in Season 8.

There’s going to be an on-camera acknowledgment about all the behind-the-scenes drama that went down back during Season 2 when Danielle Staub and Melissa Gorga communicated via e-mail about Teresa Giudice.

Danielle Staub was brought back as a “Friend of the Housewives” from the very beginning, Bravo didn’t want to make her full-time because they wanted to test how her how she was going to come across with the other ladies (similar to Sheree Whitfield during RHOA Season 8).

Danielle will most likely return as a full-time cast member next season.

The two recurring themes this season are time and loyalty. Michael reveals that friendships are tested, alliances will shift and some wounds will need time to heal.

A conversation between some of the ladies was discussed off camera that ends up becoming a major hot topic this season, which frustrated producers because they aren’t sure if the topic was actually said, and producers don’t know who is actually telling the truth.

Fans are going to be “very surprised” with Siggy Flicker this season as she will reveal a new side of her.

Dolores Catania and her ex-husband Frank's “modern family” storyline is REAL, he did move in with her and was not done just for the show.

Cimino also confirms what we previously reported that Jacqueline Laurita left because Bravo offered her a part-time role, she wanted full-time or nothing so she left. Kathy Wakile and her sister Rosie will not appear in any way, shape or form this season.

As for the infamous Kim D., she will “definitely be around” throughout the season.
