Kelly Dodd Sells Her Corona Del Mar Home For $5 Million!

Real Housewives of Orange County star Kelly Dodd and her estranged husband Michael have sold their ocean-view Corona del Mar home for $5 million. The five-bedroom house went on the market back in August 2016 for $6.25 million, but it’s had several price chops and was most recently listed at $5.495 million, reports the OC Register.

In addition to the “Housewives” franchise, the house has another connection to Bravo.  One of the listing agents is Leo Goldschwartz of The McMonigle Team on the newtowk's new show “Real Estate Wars.”

Late last month Kelly Dodd confirmed that she has decided to divorce her husband Michael of 11 years. “Our marriage is over, I’m out of there! We’ve have problems for years and I’ve had enough. I’m done with our marriage,” she told The Daily Mail.

Kelly shared why she is seeking a divorce from Michael. "It's just a case where two people can't get along," she explained. "It's best if we went our separate ways and concentrate on our daughter."

Kelly and Michael have an 11-year-old daughter together, Jolie. The RHOC couple previously filed for divorce in 2012, but they later decided to get back together.

However, Dodd confirms that their split it’s amicable this time around. “We're really good friends,” she told Entertainment Tonight. “He's my family. He's part of my family, and he always will be, you know? I always want him in my life. We always want to do things together with [our 10-year-old daughter], Jolie, and it was just, we just can't live together. That's it."

Kelly is seeking a more kid-friendly neighborhood for her daughter Jolie, where they can have amenities like a trampoline or a pool, she told the publication last year. Security is also an issue. ” Being behind a guard gate is really my main concern,” she said in recent Bravo story about her future plans.
