Former RHOMelbourne Star Chyka Keebaugh Sells Her 1930’s English Manor In Malvern East For An Estimated $4 Million!

Last week we reported that Chyka Keebaugh put her home of eighteen years on the market and now it's been reported that the property has been sold. The former Real Housewives of Melbourne star sold her grand vintage residence, which is located in Melbourne.

The property is described as 'one of Malvern East's most desirable homes' by the broker, the 1935 'English Manor' style home was expected to be sold between $3.7 million to $4.07 million.


Chyka and her husband Bruce wanted to 'downsize' reports Property Observer, and had renovated the home for sale. The residence has a grand facade flanked with shrubbery and beautiful leafy trees as well as a row of hedges offering some privacy.


The four bedroom home includes one luxurious main bedroom featuring a north facing sun deck. An expansive north facing garden, reports The Daily Mail. The home includes a timber-panelled home office with fireplace, a stylish modern kitchen and a rear guesthouse on the 590 sqm Wattletree Road parcel.

The lifestyle blogger and former Foxtel reality star took to social media to share the news. "Today we sold our beautiful home of 18 years," she wrote on Instagram. "I and so excited for the next chapter of our life and know that the family who have bought our happy home will make there own wonderful memories."
