Erika Girardi: “I Was Absolutely Blown Away By The Gift Eileen Gave To Me For My Birthday”

Erika Girardi is taking to her Bravo Blog to dish on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Erika talks about her Studio 54 themed birthday bash and having her mom celebrate with the RHOBH ladies.

Erika writes:

"Hello, My Pretties!

It feels great to be back for another season. And what a season it will be – with new faces, new places, and many new memories.

It was great to catch up with Kyle and Eileen over lunch. I really enjoy these women and I love hearing about everything that’s happening with their exciting careers. Eileen is still going strong on The Young & The Restless and Kyle has a brand new TV show based on her life. It’s amazing.

I’m happy to share my 45th birthday with you all. Turning 45 is a big one so I wanted to really go for it this year.

As a performer, I’ve always been very inspired by Andy Warhol and the Studio 54 era– the wardrobe, the glamour, the free-spirited underground club world. My birthday party in this week's episode brought that to life for me on a whole other level and I thought the ladies – Kyle, Eileen, LVP, Rinna,Dorit – looked fabulous. I was happy they were all able to make it. We had a great time.

I was absolutely blown away by the gift Eileen gave to me for my birthday. I mean, a guest role on her show The Young & The Restless?! Seriously?!  What an incredible surprise. I’m excited for everyone to see the episode on December 15th. Make sure to tune in!

My husband Tom flying my mom in from Atlanta was truly special. It was very unexpected. I was glad that my mom was finally able to meet all of the women and I could not be happier than to have her here to celebrate this very special night with us.
