Kelly Dodd Selling Her Corona Del Mar Home For $6.25 Million!

Kelly Dodd and husband Michael Dodd are selling their Corona del Mar home. The Real Housewives of Orange County couple put their 4,370-square-foot oceanside home on the market or $6.25 million.

The couple originally bought the house back in June 2014 for $3.575 million. However, they “completely renovated” the home in 2015, according to Los Angeles Times.

The house has sparkling chandeliers and fixtures, textured tile, a glass-paneled staircase and an elevator that connects each of the home’s four levels. A lavish chef’s kitchen creates visual interest with a pair of long islands, a white-and-gold La Cornue range and a matching herringbone backsplash.

The white-walled floor plan also includes an open dining room that flows into a living room with a wall of white built-ins. Telescoping glass doors off the living room connect to an ocean-facing terrace.

The master suite, with clear-through ocean views, has a freestanding soaking tub, a steam shower and an oversized walk-in closet. Sliding doors off the master bathroom and closet open onto a private patio.

There’s also a three-car garage. The property is set along a private road fronting the beach parking lot and the entrance to Newport Harbor.

“Kelly [Dodd] took great care in making sure every feature of the house is in immaculate condition,” listing agent Nicole Contreras said in a release. Contreras, an agent with Beverly Hills-based Nourmand & Associates, holds the listing with Tim Beans of Coldwell Banker Previews International.

Dodd is the second RHOC star to list a home in recent months. Meghan King Edmonds and her husband, former NBL pro Jim Edmonds, put their Newport Beach home on the market in July for $3.4 million.

That's not all. Back in May, Shannon Beador sold her Newport Beach mansion for $9 million and real estate agent and original cast member Jeana Keough sold her Coto de Caza mansion for $3.4 million back in April.

Looks like there's a lot of moving happening in Orange County.
