The couple put the two-story, 5,077-square-foot home on the market at just under $3.4 million. They purchased it in June 2015 for about $2.787 million.
The house has been featured during this new season of RHOC, a recent episode of the show featured a kitchen demolition party taped at the house. Meghan Edmonds and some of the other housewives took turns trying to tear up a wall with a power saw, hammers and an ax.
"We donated the granite from kitchen remodel to @Habitat_org! As well as fridge, micro, sinks, cabinets- everything!" Meghan Edmonds recently tweeted, referring to Habitat for Humanity.
Now the remodeled gourmet kitchen is a selling point, with a U-shaped island surrounding a table and banquette seating, quartz countertops, a wine fridge and high-end, stainless-steel appliances.
A farmhouse sink, floating shelves and a white subway tile backsplash are part of the mix.
The master retreat of the five-bedroom house includes a fireplace and a sliding, reclaimed barn door leading to a bathroom with a large marble shower, claw-foot tub and his and her vanities.
French doors, hardwood floors, high ceilings and designer lighting are among the home's interior touches.
