Report: Kim Richards No Longer Has Warrant For Her Arrest!

Earlier this week a judge issued a $26,000 bench warrant for Kim Richards after she failed to appear at a clerk's office the day before to show proof of completion of her community labor, however the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still a free woman.

The bench warrant was revoked after Richards appeared in court on Friday.

If the judge ultimately decides Richards blew off her 30 days of community labor and violated the terms of her October plea deal, she could wind up with much more than the two days behind bars she served when she was arrested August 2.

"The maximum exposure for this charge is six months, but that will be up to the judge based on the hearing," Los Angeles City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan told NY Daily News.

Richards next hearing for the case is scheduled for June 3.
