Meet The Rumored Ladies Joining ‘The Real Housewives Of Sydney’

Last year, we reported that Foxtel was expanding the Real Housewives franchise in Australia in hopes of adding Sydney or Gold Coast to the hit reality franchise line up. Then, last month we reported that Real Housewives of Melbourne producers were scouting women to possibly join The Real Housewives of Sydney.

Now a new source is claiming that top secret screen tests have been undertaken in recent weeks across Sydney of potential candidates to star in the new series of the hit Real Housewives television franchise.

The identifies of the potential new Housewives who are currently rumored in talks and doing screen tests to join the cast of the first season of The Real Housewives of Sydney have been revealed.

According to The Sydney Morning Herald, celebrity hairdresser and Joh Bailey's long-time business partner Marilyn Koch, a woman who is so plugged into the goings-on of Double Bay she could be nicknamed the Countess of Transvaal Avenue, has been filmed as a potential star of the show.

Fashion designer Charlie Brown has also been in talks with producers, as has former beauty queen-turned-event party planner Nicole Gazal O'Neil and Kate Sorrenti, the wife of comedian Vince Sorrenti.

"The show is in it's very, very early stages, the final list of names is not determined and we could be looking at a dozen women before we make the final decisions on who is going to be the best talent on the show," a Foxtel spokesman told The Sydney Morning Herald.
