Kim Richards Is Being Sued Over Another ‘Vicious’ Dog Attack!

Things aren't looking good for Kim Richards - Upon entering a new treatment facility following her relapsed at her daughter's Mexican wedding, the mother-of-four is facing a new lawsuit. According to a new report, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been sued again over yet another pit bull attack at her home.

According to court records obtained by TMZ, Kelly Crossley is claiming that she was at Kim's home last September when Kingsley the pit viciously got a piece of her. Crossley claims in the lawsuit, she suffered "grave bodily injuries."

This is the 4th alleged attack of Kingsley. First it was Kim's friend, 80-year-old Kay Rozario, Kyle Richards' daughter Alexia and the dog's trainer David Utter all say they were attacked by Kim's dog.

In Crossley's case, she says in her lawsuit Kim disavowed ownership of Kingsley, claiming the dog was owned by her cancer-ridden ex-husband Monty. Crossley is suing for unspecified damages.
