The cast was unveiled recently and it was revealed that Aimee Sadie, Puleng Mash Spies, Sorisha Naidoo, Nazli Delport and Christie Swanepoel will feature in the show, reports Sunday World. Viewers may be more familiar with Spies who was the star of the local version of Come Dine With Me SA, she stood out with phrases such as 'What the fudge' and 'Shut the front door'.
Naidoo is an actress who starred on eTV's soapie, Scandal! and is married to billionaire, Vivian Reddy while Delport is renowned in the club scene as the marketing manager of Jozi hotspots Haram and Kong.
Sadie and Swanepoel are the unknowns, but the show will put paid to that idea, as cameras will follow them, letting viewers in to the intimacies of their lives.
According to a press release, Sadie is a single, 30 year old part time model, entrepreneur and fashion buyer. She runs Desch, a family owned boutique in Sandton City "renowned for its elite clientele and exquisite fashions."
Spies is a mother of two who infamously spoke of feeding a whole village in Africa with her Louboutins. She is in her second and final marriage. she a loud, blue-eyed; fashion forward, politically inclined diva. and known for having red wine for breakfast. Spies claimed to be a restaurateur but was found out to actually be a franchise owner.
Naidoo splits her time between Durban and Sandton. The former Scandal! actress has shied away from intense public scrutiny. But she was the crowned Miss India South Africa - 2001 and was a graveyard DJ who gradually graduated to Prime time breakfast DJ Hosted the lunchtime lot on Highveld stereo.
She is an entrepreneur who owns and runs a leading Aesthetic Clinic and imports and exports range of her own cosmetics and recently launched her new product in Johannesburg – Crystal Tomato
"Divorced but dating mother of two boys and two step sons" is how Swanepoel is described. She is a CEO for Energy at Work a recruitment company and is in a relationship with a younger man.
Delport's marital status is "complicated". Having managed Jozi hottest night spots, Hush and Kong, it is expected that Delport is book and street smart. Viewers will surely tune in to find out what it takes to manage a portion of the multi million rand club industry.
