Denise Richards Regrets Quitting ‘RHOBH’; Source Says “She Wants To Return To The Series”

According to a new report, Denise Richards regrets quitting The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills following her alleged hookup drama with Brandi Glanville.

Richards left the series “because she was burned out by all the pettiness, name-calling and infighting,” an insider told OK! Magazine.

Richards also felt betrayed by fellow housewife and former pal Lisa Rinna for “keeping the affair rumors percolating,” said the insider. “She expected Lisa to take her side.”

However, Richards “realizes that was a mistake, because it was a lot of easy money,” the insider shares.

Denise was reportedly halfway through her four-year, $4 million contract — which was the highest salary of any cast member in the franchise.

“Word is she wants to return to the series," the source told OK! Magazine "but it’s hard to imagine the producers would welcome her back.”

Last month, Garcelle Beauvais revealed during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that Denise allegedly wants to return to RHOBH, but with one condition.

“I think she wants to come back,” Beauvais revealed after noting that she and Richards have kept in touch since the Richards’ departure from the Bravo hit reality show last year.

Andy Cohen appeared to be shocked by Beauvais’ revelation, saying with a laugh, “Oh, really? Let’s talk after the show!”

“Somebody’s gotta go though!” Beauvais added. “Just sayin’!”

Cohen noted that ultimatums do not “always work” in the “Housewives” world before asking Beauvais a final question: “Are her initials LR?”

Garcelle laughed it off but did not confirm or deny if Richards was referring to Lisa Rinna.

However, Richards denied asking for an ultimatum for her to return to the series.

On July 2, Denise tweeted, “Thank you. And for the record. Did not demand an ultimatum.”
