Vicki Gunvalson, Kelly Dodd And Emily Simpson React To Braunwyn Windham-Burke’s Eviction Lawsuit; Kelly Says It “Embarrassing” While Emily Refers To Braunwyn As “Fake, Phony And Fraud”

Emily Simpson, Kelly Dodd, and Vicki Gunvalson recently threw shade at Braunwyn Windham-Burke after it was reported that the former Real Housewives of Orange County star and her estranged husband, Sean Burke, was slapped with an eviction lawsuit.

“What are you doing renting a home for [$15,000] a month if you can’t afford it?” Vicki asked Braunwyn after seeing an article revealing she and Sean were being sued for $45,000 on Christian Gray Snow’s Instagram page, according to Reality Blurb.

Another user asked Gunvalson, “I thought they said they owned it.”

To which Vicki responded, “Nope! Renters just like Kelly and Shannon,” she shared.

Meanwhile, Kelly threw some shade at Windham-Burke after learning about the eviction.

“Embarrassing,” she wrote, along with a screenshot of an article titled, “Axed ‘RHOC’ Star Braunwyn Windham-Burke & Husband Sean Sued For Eviction, Accused Of Owing $45,000 In Back Rent.”

According to Reality Blurb, Kelly even included a link to the article about the topic via her Instagram Story.

During a recent Q&A session via Instagram, Emily was asked to share her thoughts on the eviction drama about Braunwyn.

The fan wrote, “Thoughts on Fraudwyn being sued?”

To which Emily replied, “I’ve known about it for a while. I didn’t say anything because I knew once the owner filed the unlawful detainer it would become public. It didn’t surprise me. That’s what happens when you are a fake, phony and fraud.”

As previously reported, Braunwyn and Sean were hit with an eviction lawsuit earlier this week. Their landlord claims the couple has refused to pay their $15,000 a month rent and wants them out immediately.

The landlord says Braunwyn leased the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, nearly 8,000 sq. ft. pad in January 2020. They agreed to pay $15,000 a month in rent for a one-year and six-month lease.

However, despite numerous demands for payment, the landlord says the couple has refused to pay the back rent.

The legal matter came a day before Braunwyn announced she was temporarily separating from Sean after 26 years of marriage. She said, “We are packing up this house, the one we filmed last year, and we are moving. We have decided jointly that we are going to take a few months apart.”
