Teresa Giudice is showing her support to Dina Manzo amid ongoing family feud with her estranged sister and former Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star Caroline Manzo.
Teresa posted a photo with Dina. She captioned the post, “Good friends are like angels, you don’t need to see them to know that they are always there💕💕,” Giudice wrote via Instagram from her recent trip to California, where Dina currently lives.
Dina and Caroline have been at odds for many years over undisclosed reasons. However, their feud made recent headlines after Caroline wrote a letter to a judge to advocate for Dina’s ex-husband, Tommy Manzo, who was accused of hiring a hitman to attack Dina and her new husband, Dave Cantin, as part of a 2017 home invasion. Tommy is currently awaiting trial.
Meanwhile, Dina slammed her nephew Albie Manzo for using his podcast, “Dear Albie,” to capitalize on the family drama.
Instead, Albie defended his mom on the episode Dina referred to, simply saying: “[My mom] made a choice that she knew going in was going to be extraordinarily unpopular, [that] could’ve been easily twisted into something that it isn’t, but she made it anyway. Because she felt it was the right thing to do.”
He explained, “My mother wrote a letter based on the character as we know him. The facts as we’ve seen them, as we know him in his life. Is he a threat to society? The answer is no. We believe the answer is no.
“This isn’t about family drama,” he concluded. “This is a ‘right and wrong’ situation.”
