Melissa Gorga explains why she believes her sister-in-law, Teresa Giudice, will marry her new boyfriend, New Jersey businessman, Luis ‘Louie’ Ruelas.
“I just don’t think he’s a fling. I think that they’re very serious about each other and they love each other very much,” the Real Housewives of New Jersey star told HollywoodLife. “I could tell if he was a fling and he just doesn’t feel like a fling.”
Gorga also echoed the same statement on RHONJ. On May 5 episode of the Bravo hit reality series, Melissa told co-stars Jackie Goldschneider and Margaret Josephs, “I believe this is her husband,” when it came to Teresa marrying Luis in the future.
In a confessional, Melissa revealed, “I don’t know everything there is to know about love, but I do know when two people go out of their way for one another, they can’t take their eyes off each other, and she totally lets her guard down with him. And that’s how I really know that it’s the one.”
Gorga isn’t the only cast member to root for Giudice and Ruelas. Dolores Catania previously revealed that she sees the couple tying the knot in the future.
“I see a marriage there,” she told Us Weekly earlier this month. “I see potential for so much and a life together, and I see a lot of love between them. So, I’m really hopeful and really optimistic about what’s going on there.”
She added, “I knew she was very happy and she had a different air about her,” she said. “She even looked prettier to me. … I almost didn’t want her to tell me, because she wasn’t comfortable enough to talk about it.”
In December 2020, Giudice and Ruelas became Instagram official with the Bravo reality star saying her boyfriend was the “best thing” to come out of 2020.
In February 2021, a source told Us Weekly that the pair are “taking their time” following Teresa’s split from Joe in December 2019. “They both genuinely like each other and have a great relationship,” the insider said.
Teresa was previously married to Joe for 20 years before the pair announced their split in December 2019. They finalized their divorce nearly a year later in September 2020. The exes share four daughters, Gia (20), Gabriella (16), Milania (15), and Audriana (11).
