Lala Kent has revealed that her fiancé, Randall Emmett, wants to have a second child - two months after the Vanderpump Rules star gave birth to their daughter Ocean.
“I thought I was gonna have to fight so hard to get baby No. 2,” Kent said during a Amazon livestream, according to Us Weekly. “Randall two days ago was like, ‘I think I’m ready to start trying again.’”
The Bravo reaity star replied that she was “not about to get pregnant again” so soon. “I was like, ‘I’m still trying to get my bounce back bod on,’” Kent explained.
Earlier this month, the Utah native told Us Weekly that she “definitely” sees herself conceiving her second child at some point.
“It doesn’t have to be right away because I am just so in love, and I want to enjoy [Ocean] for as long as possible,” the former SURver said. “It’s like, ‘Clock is ticking, you better have another baby’ … but Randall says, ‘You’re so young.’ And I’m like, ‘You’re not.’”
Kent joked that she doesn’t want her fiancé “to be 90 years old walking into [their] son or daughter’s high school graduation.”
As previously reported, Kent announced that she gave birth to her first child with fiancé Randall Emmett on Monday, March 15.
“Ocean Kent Emmett,” Lala captioned her daughter’s Instagram debut. Randall went on to write in a post of his own: “She’s healthy, beautiful and perfect like her mother!”
Kent and her fiance Randall Emmett announced that they were expecting their first child together via their Give Them Lala ... with Randall podcast, which was released the same day as Lala’s 30th birthday.
On Saturday, September 19, the engaged pair announced the sex of their baby, which it was revealed to be a baby girl. “I just assumed I’m having a boy,” Kent said. “When I saw the pink parachute [at our reveal party on Saturday, September 19], it was a bit of an adjustment. And then I saw my mom, and I just bawled because I get to have that. I get a little mini Lala.”
This is Kent’s first child as Emmett shares two daughters, London and Rylee, with his ex-wife, actress Amber Childers.
