Bravo Issues Official Statement After Tiffany Moon Responds To Kameron Westcott And Family’s Racist Attacks; Tiffany’s Lawyer Says Westcotts’ “Reckless, Defamatory And Appalling” Tweets “Will Not Be Tolerated”

Tiffany Moon is jumping into action after her fellow Real Housewives of Dallas cast member Kameron Westcott’s husband, Court Westcott, and brother-in-law Chart Westcott made racist comments earlier this week via Twitter, reports Us Weekly.

“The insinuations the Westcotts made in those tweets are reckless, defamatory and appalling,” the physician’s lawyer, Andrew Brettler of Lavely and Singer, said in a statement to Variety on Friday, May 14. “Dr. Moon is a professional in every sense of the word and is deserving of the excellent reputation that she’s earned as a physician and as a hard working mother. These attacks on her character will not be tolerated. The Westcotts would be well advised to keep mentions of Dr. Moon out of their social media feeds.”

Tiffany and Kameron got into a Twitter feud following Part 2 of the RHOD reunion, which Kameron’s husband and brother-in-law came in her defense and slammed Moon.

“Should I Tweet more screenshots of text messages I personally sent checking in on Tiffany? Bc I have them! Funny bc I can’t seem to find any with her actually checking in on me ever while we were filming? LOL!! #RHOD,” Kameron tweeted.

Tiffany responded, “You’re right I didn’t check in to see if you got your $7m “dream house” or ask how your dog training was going. I was too busy working full time during a pandemic, trying too hard with my pranks and rules, and hanging out with a [clown] who I thought was my friend #RHOD.”

Kameron clapped back, “Wow extremely hurtful. If you knew more about my life and actually asked me about my life vs. me always trying with you maybe I would have more to offer as a friend? Friendships takes two &I’ve been trying hard but if you don’t want to move forward I won’t try #rhod”

Then, things turned worst when Kameron accused Tiffany of using a clown emoji to represent “white face” against her.

Kam’s husband Court came at Tiffany in a series of tweets, which have since been deleted alongside his entire account, for her use of the phrase “anti-racist.”

“‘Anti-racism’ is racism. It discriminates by the color of one’s skin. They tried that once in Germany, it did not work out well,” he wrote, according to Us Weekly. “I don’t understand how many of your patients would be comfortable with you treating them with your open vile racism.”

Chart, meanwhile, Chart, Kam’s brother-in-law, went after Moon’s character in another way.

“I’ve spoken to her twice, once when she was blackout drunk at my house but needed to get home for early work. Wonder if she had a hangover while working on her patients?” he wrote after sharing that Tiffany blocked him on Twitter.

After Variety shared Dr. Tiffany’s statement, Bravo released a statement of their own following the unfortunate Twitter exchange between Moon and the Westcotts via the network’s official Instagram account.

“Bravo strongly supports the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. Anti-racism, is, in fact, not a form of racism and the network stands by Dr. Tiffany Moon and her advocacy against racism and violence.”

“Thank you so much for your support,” Moon wrote in the comment section of the network’s post, along with three red heart emoji.
