Kelly Dodd Claps Back After Lisa Vanderpump Accused Her Of Dining And Dashing At PUMP; LVP Apologizes After Kelly Called Her A “Liar”

Lisa Vanderpump caught herself in a messy with Kelly Dodd after the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star accused the Real Housewives of Orange County star of leaving her PUMP restaurant without paying, which Kelly denied and clapped back.

“THIS IS A LIE. A) It was 6yrs ago. B) I was a guest of [Vicki Gunvalson] & her friends. C) I paid my share & have the receipt,” Kelly wrote in a since-deleted tweet on Saturday, March 27, after Vanderpump made the accusation on a March 23 sneak peek of her show Overserved, according to Us Weekly. “It was the others who didn’t pay! No wonder Villa Blanca went under. #RevisionistHistory.”

Kelly's husband then chimed in and came to his wife's defense. “Kelly is the most generous person I've ever met. Anyone who knows her knows it. She ALWAYS pays her bills,” he tweeted.

Dodd continued to fire back at the allegation in another deleted tweet. “Oh & by the way @LisaVanderpump your food sucks & so does your service,” she added on Saturday. “Check your Yelp reviews. I wouldn't come back anyway.”

Yet another tweet, which was not deleted, read: “I complained at the time and never went back. Why would I write about somewhere I never go?”

Dodd shared a photo, which she later deleted, of her receipt, claiming she left a generous tip and signed her daughter’s name because they shared a debit card.

Dodd continued to slam Vanderpump, she tweeted, “She's a known liar ! That's why she left BH..”

LVP then apologized to Dodd. “Gosh of course I was told there was a problem and you didn’t pay,” the Vanderpump Rules star wrote in response. “I was away, but of course whatever you say … I apologize if there was such a fiasco and apologize on behalf of all my staff. Would love to host you.”

While Dodd said she appreciated the former housewife’s apology, she asked her to post the truth on her feed to clear up any misconceptions.

“I’m just confused why you’d say I was banned when in fact I was the subject of false and defamatory allegations and cleared this up five years ago,” she wrote.

Dodd then defended herself after a fan slammed her for saving an old receipt. She tweeted, “The receipts were saved in old text messages. I sent a photo of them to prove I didn't dine and dash despite the accusation from a fame hungry server looking for attention,” she wrote.

To which LVP replied, “Agh I see... anyways sorry for [the] confusion,” she wrote.

Vanderpump added by telling Dodd, “I heard it was a complete fiasco but I’m sorry you will be guest of honor if you come next time,” Vanderpump wrote, having the last word in the discussion.
