Bethenny Frankel Buys $2.1 Million Connecticut Colonial!

Bethenny Frankel has bought a classic Colonial in Greenwich, Connecticut for just $2.12 million via a trust, according to property records via Page Six.

The five-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home in Greenwich, on Pecksland Road, was originally asking $2.85 million back in 2018.

The trustee listed for the purchase of the former Real Housewives of New York City star’s new home is Matt Klarberg, managing director of Monarch Business and wealth management, who counts Frankel as his client, according to Variety

The 4,698-square-foot spread features a red door and white picket fence. The home sits on 2.1 acres and was built in 1945.

Inside, it boasts a grand foyer, an open living room, and a family room that both come with cozy fireplaces. French doors lead to a stone terrace, yard, and pool, according to Page Six. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a dining room with custom cabinetry, a wine cellar, and a master suite with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a sitting room, and a private deck.

The current decor is rather traditional. However, the outlet claims Frankel is planning to make some changes by adding some modern touches.
