Stephanie Hollman recently admitted that filming for Season 5 of The Real Housewives of Dallas felt a lot “lighter” without LeeAnne Locken.
“This year, it was a lot lighter, so I will say it was a lighter season,” she told HollywoodLife. “I think the two new girls are really great. They’re fantastic additions and I honestly really think that everyone is going to love this season. I know people were a little nervous, us going in with out her, but I think it’s going to be a really fantastic year.”
She continued, “I have not heard from her in awhile. I think Kameron maybe talks to her, but I have not really seen her but I don’t know if anyone’s really seeing much of anybody really, but I hope she’s doing well. I don’t wish her any ill will.”
Hollman then revealed how it was filming RHOD during a pandemic. “We took a lot of tests and it was different because you are literally just with your small group of friends so pretty much the people who are on the show and husbands which is very different but also kind of nice because you don’t have a lot of the outside stuff when you’re filming.”
She added, “You’re wearing a mask or a shield on all of the time which is also very different. Then you forget that you have a mask or a shield on your face, so you take a shot and you hit your shield instead of your mouth. It was different. Something I will never forget, but it was a fun time. It was a fun ride.”
