Kelly Dodd is shutting down reports claiming that she's been fired from The Real Housewives of Orange County. The mother-of-one addressed the topic via her Instagram page, blaming former costar Vicki Gunvalson for starting the rumors.
“No I am not fired !!! Contacts [sic] haven’t come out yet ! Vicki stop being a hater,” she wrote.
Despite claiming that she has not been fired, Dodd hinted that she could be axed from the Bravo hit reality series.
In the comment section of an Instagram post, a fan asked Dodd, “I’m so glad you call out the hypocrisy of “the woke,” and the “peaceful protesters”!! Thank you for pointing out what small businesses have been through and how horrible lockdowns have been for people. Thank you for speaking something other than the narrative.”
According to a screenshot, which was captured and shared by Reality Blurb, Dodd responded, “I’m fired assured because of my beliefs look @tpkelly12 Instagram he’s my producer and claims @braunwyn .”
Another user asked Dodd via the comment section of an Instagram post. “You got fired for questioning masks and supporting trump?! Braunwyn admits to trying to get a 14 year old drugs and she’s given Kleenex?” The fan wrote. “She should be gone!”
To which Kelly replied, “Pretty much.”
When another user asked Dodd, “They better not fire you, people are fed up with the cancel culture. Love you and your husband together!”
Dodd replied, “It’s likely to happen .”
“Please tell me you’re coming bck? That the rumor isn’t true .. you cant be canned,” another user wrote. “You’re my fav housewife.”
Kelly responded, “That rumor is every single year .. it could be true ..”
