As we enter a new decade, I wanted to do a special post to highlight some of the most popular and trending articles on our blog from this past year. I like to look back through the archives and pull out the articles that got the most attention this year.

The Black Socialites shared screenshots of private DMs they had with Chris Bassett, the husband of Real Housewives of Potomac star Candiace Dillard Bassett, where he allegedly shared details about his wife's physical altercation fiasco with Monique Samuels.
In the first series of screenshots of DMs, Bassett claims that viewers will "see a different Candiace this season....along with some of the old one too."
He also claims that the altercation kicked off when all the ladies were ready to leave a restaurant and accuses Ashley Darby of stirring the pot.
After Candiace tells the ladies, "You know what, I really love all of you...like we have our differences but I really love you all."
Ashley allegedly chimes in and questions Dillard if she and Samuels have made up.
Apparently, Monique responds by saying that she left Dillard back in the "dust."

Scheana Shay is revealing the reason why she and Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause are no longer friends.
The Vanderpump Rules star told Stause's co-star Christine Quinn during a recent episode of her podcast, “Scheananigans with Scheana Shay,” as Quinn was her guest, why she and Stause are no longer in good terms.
According to ET Canada, Shay recalled how she and Stause had become close in 2017, around the same time that Stause and her then-husband Justin Hartley‘s dog passed away.
Shay explained how she DM’d the This is Us actor so she could send something to Stause.
“I was like, ‘Hey, what’s y’all’s new address? I want to send something for Chrishell,'” said Shay. “And he was just like ‘Oh, my god, that’s so sweet. Thank you so much, really tough time,’ and then he gives me the address and he’s like, ‘Hope to see you soon’ and I was like, ‘Yeah, for sure.’”
Shay said she later told the story to the pair’s mutual friend, Jamie Lynne, who had reportedly been told a different story by Stause.
“She then twists this conversation to Jamie and was like, ‘Oh, my god. How embarrassing. Scheana texted?’” Shay said. “I don’t remember what it was she said exactly, but it was just, like, ‘How embarrassing’ with a bunch of, like, monkey-with-the-hands-over-the-face [emojis].”
“I’ve just kept the peace. But for her to say now that Justin’s like a big TV and movie star [so] she can’t be seen with reality people? I was like, ‘B***h! You were just as much a fan of me as I was of you. Sutton Stracke, who joined the cast of the tenth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, originally signed up to be a full-time cast member. The mother-of-three even recorded and filmed her opening sequence and tagline for the Bravo hit reality series.
When Bravo released the trailer for the series, which premiered on April 15, Stracke was demoted to a “friend” of the series. So what was the real reason Sutton was demoted?
Reports suggest Sutton’s ex-husband, Christian Stracke, did not want their children to appear on the show, according to Entertainment Tonight.
“I feel bad about what happened to her, and it sucks,” Erika Girardi told the outlet. “But she's gonna be a great 'friend of.'”
Kyle Richards confirmed via Instagram Live that Sutton was set to hold a diamond for season 10, reports Us Weekly. According to the original cast member, Stracke deserved to be on the show in a full-time role, but Richards claims that Sutton didn’t film enough of her personal life on the Bravo hit reality series so the network opted to make her a “friend” instead.
Sutton addressed the topic and revealed that viewers won’t see her three teenagers on the show.
“That was kind of one of the parts that kept me from filming as much as I would have liked this season. I mean I think I was full-time, we filmed a lot, but there was a chunk of my life that was missing. So hopefully next season we can see that,” she told Us Weekly. New details have emerged about The Real Housewives of Orange County. According to new sources, Emily Simpson and Shannon Beador didn't join the rest of the cast due to health reasons amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
On Thursday, Braunwyn Windham-Burke, Kelly Dodd, Gina Kirschenheiter, and rumored newbie, Elizabeth Vargas, all headed to Lake Arrowhead, which is located in the San Bernardino Mountains, California.
“The girls (RHOC cast) are going to Lake Arrowhead. It’s a beautiful lake setting in the mountains. They’re staying in a private cabin away from the crowds as a safety measure, due to COVID-19.” A production insider told AllAboutTheTEA.
As for Emily Simpson and Shannon Beador, the source claims that the two did not attend the infamous cast trip due to COVID-19 concerns.
“Shannon and Emily are not going on the girls trip because Emily tested positive for COVID-19,” the source continued. “And a family member of Shannon has COVID-19 and Shannon likely has it too.”
“The cast is being tested for COVID-19 on a weekly basis and their temperatures are taken daily.” A production source told AllAboutTheTEA.

Elizabeth Lyn Vargas has confirmed that she’s officially divorced from her ex-husband. “Well today is a very exciting day – um, I’ve officially signed my divorce papers last night,” the rumored Real Housewives of Orange County newcomer confirmed the news in a series of video clips via her Instagram Stories. “So I’m very excited, I’m – I’m walking my ten miles – training for L.A. Marathon 2021.”
“You know, I don’t know how I’m feeling today. I’m excited but I’m sad and I – it’s the end of an era.”
She continued, “It’s not quite a failure yet but it’s on its way. I’m gonna pivot my life to a new direction to generate revenue – you know from things that I acquired – I can repurpose and you know.”
“I paid an arm and a leg to get divorced and to get what I thought I needed and um, I go I – here we are – transitioning to a new phase in my life and I’m excited.”
Elizabeth then sends a positive message to entrepreneurs. “Anyone that knocks you for trying to be successful or being a serial entrepreneur or trying a new venture, don’t listen to them. I mean I have people constantly throwing me under the bus, constantly trying to put me down for trying, constantly trying to eat at my soul and what I learned over the years is – you do you. Just do you and be happy with you and that’s what I’m learning. Just to be happy with me and do me, and I hope you guys do the same.”

Perla Navia announces she’s leaving The Real Housewives of Cheshire after three seasons. The Columbian beauty shared the news with her fans via Instagram. "And the time to hang my heels is finally here! Leaving the show was a difficult decision but necessary," she wrote.
"I will miss every single person from the unbelievably production crew that make the show happen, they work endless hours to create the magic and peps I’ll take my hat off to you! Thank you! @itvbe @monkeykingdomcast @officialrhoch," she continued.

Rachel Lugo went Instagram official with her new boyfriend after filing for divorce from husband John Lugo. The Real Housewives of Cheshire star shared a selfie photo, where she is posing with her new man.
Lugo simply captioned the photo, "Me and You ❤️."
Rachel then shared a photo of her boyfriend via her Instagram Stories. She captioned the pic, "I mean 🥰🥰😍😍❤️❤️."
She added, "My guy."
The ITVBe reality star revealed how met her new man in the comment section of her Instagram post.
A fan wrote, "Main question is why is he there? Does he have money? Is he there? Does he have money? Is he there to make money via her TV fame and get paid per episode or is he there for her money? That is the 1 million dollar WIN/WIN question."

Bravo editor Bri Dellinger, who previously admitted she purposely edited the show to embarrass Scheana Shay on Vanderpump Rules, has confirmed that she was fired according to an “open letter” she wrote that was posted and then deleted from The Reality TV Therapist website.
In her open letter, which was taken down shortly after it was released on the website, she called out fans and cast members of the series who wanted to see her lose her job after sharing behind-the-scenes tea.
Luckily for us, the screenshots were captured by @LoveAndyC before the post was removed from the site.
“To any of the cast members who wanted me out: I’m out!… To the critics who have made it their mission to get me fired: you succeeded in your short-sighted mission and solved nothing,” Bri wrote in the now-deleted post via The Reality TV Therapist website. “I’ve been removed from the show I love and, while it is a heart-break for me because I genuinely loved editing this show, it will not ruin me professionally, nor will it change the editing of the show at all.”
Bri told the cast members that they will miss her “Bri Flair” in the episodes that are edited after her departure, according to The Ashley's Reality Roundup. “Aside from that, whatever else you thought you were accomplishing by getting rid of me, you didn’t,” Bri wrote.
Bri also revealed that the network will continue to make shady edits, just like she did on the show, and added that many of the editing decisions are made by Bravo and its executives.
“The network and higher executives who actually made the calls that you may or may not be happy with will remain absolutely the same,” Bri wrote. “In other words, you have not changed the system.” CLICK HERE to read the rest of the story.

Katie Kane revealed how her twin sister, Real Housewives of Cheshire Rachel Lugo, found that her husband was having an affair, which caused their split and divorce proceedings.
Kane shared a photo of her sister posing next to her new boyfriend, which Rachel shared the same photo earlier this week on social media, revealing her new relationship with the silver fox hunk, whose identity is unknown at the moment.
Katie reveals that her estranged husband's mistress reached about their relationship and also revealed to the ITVBe reality star that she's pregnant, expecting a child with John.
