Garcelle Beauvais Confirms She’s Returning To The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills For Season 11!

Garcelle Beauvais has officially confirmed that she's returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for the show's upcoming eleventh season.

"I am returning to the Housewives, yes," Garcelle told Entertainment Tonight. "You know, you gotta be a little, a little brave. A little scared. A little ready. I mean, it's all those things, and I say it with a laugh because I'm ready, but you're never really ready."

After Sander pointed out that the sophomore seasons can be the "scary one" for Housewives just like what happened to Denise Richards on the most recent season of the Bravo hit reality series.

"That's what I'm afraid of," Garcelle admited. "So, here we go, you know? And I sorta got a warning from Ms. Rinna, so we'll see. I'm ready though, bring it."

Beauvais also revealed that she is sad to learn that her friend Denise Richards is not returning to the series.

"I'm sad about it," Garcelle says of Denise’s departure. "I really wish she wouldn't leave the franchise. I think she's great. I think she brings a lot. I think the fans obviously love her and root for her, so I'm really sad about it. I wish there was something that could have been done. I'm going to miss her, obviously. I'm going to miss her on the platform, but we always talk."

Garcelle then revealed that she was "shocked" when she saw some of her co-stars celebrated Denise's exit by sharing memes and GIFs on social media.

"I was actually shocked," Garcelle says of seeing how her cast mates reacted to the Denise news. "I was really shocked by the memes, I thought that they were really mean. I mean it's one thing to be on the show and have your feelings, but for her to say, I'm leaving the franchise, at that point you gotta level up and you gotta say, 'Good luck, Denise, we wish you were...' I mean, just something kind."

Denise announced her exit from the series after two seasons. Meanwhile, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave confirmed that her contract was not renewed and was not returning to the show for the upcoming eleventh season.

Rumor has it that Kathy Hilton, Kyle Richards' sister, is joining the cast as the official "friend" of the series next season. Beauvais, Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, and Dorit Kemsley, are all set to return as full-time cast members. Sutton Stracke is also set to return, however, her role is still unknown if she will be a "friend" or full-time.

Other sources reveal that Crystal Kung Minkoff, the wife of Disney animated director, Rob Minkoff, is set to join the series. Ali Landry previously revealed that she talked to producers about her potentially joining the cast. Landry happens to be close friends with Kyle, Garcelle, and rumored newbie Crystal.
